Now onto the boring, but important stuff!

Please ensure you have read the terms and conditions prior to entering any ongoing agreement with myself, as they contain vital information and are here to protect not just myself and the work I do for you, but to give you a full understanding of our working relationship and ensure you have the best experience working with me.

I understand life happens, situations can change, and issues with work and finances can crop up time to time. In any of these instances, communication is key, so I would urge you to keep an open dialogue and chat to me about any worries and concerns you have, and I will do the same in return to you.

Work will not commence until you have agreed to the terms and conditions laid out below:

An invoice will be sent for any ongoing package work during the last week of every month for the work completed during said month. For any one off packages and ad-hoc work, an invoice will be sent upon agreement of commencing the works.

Payment of invoices must be received within 7 working days of the invoice being sent unless otherwise agreed. If you have any issues with paying your invoice or need to discuss other payment options moving forward, please get in contact ASAP so an arrangement can be put in place. Once 7 days has passed, a reminder will be sent.

If payment has not been received within 14 working days of the invoice being sent, a late payment charge of £40 will be added on to the invoice if an alternative arrangement has not already been agreed.

If you are secured on an ongoing package, you are able to exit the agreement at any time, however one month notice will need to be given prior to the end of the agreement.

All work completed by myself can also be used by myself across all platforms, and as part of my portfolio. When posting any content to my own social media, I will always tag and credit the client as well.

Each completed piece of work includes two rounds of revisions to allow for any minor tweaks, changes and errors that need to be fixed. If there are any changes not agreed prior to work that I deem to be major changes, then this additional work will be charged at my standard ad-hoc hourly rate and will be discussed with the client prior to proceeding with said changes.
